LIGHT EVENT: $1,500 + GST
6 Hour Booking.
Finish no later than 11pm
STANDARD EVENT: $1,800 + GST
Bump in available from 10am
Finish no later than Midnight
Bump out completed by 1am on the night or by between 9am-10am next day
LATE NIGHT EVENT: $2,700 + GST
Bump in available from 10am
Finish no later than 4am
Bump out completed by 5am on the night or by between 9am-10am next day
All evening events require security which we will arrange at an additional cost.
To lock in your event we require a 50% deposit with the remainder due within 7 days prior to your event.
We also ask for a $500 refundable security deposit. This will be returned after the site has been cleaned and inspected by our studio manager.
Cleaning fee is included in your booking, however large, excessive items must be removed by end of booking.

Please notify us in advance if you plan to use materials such as glitter, confetti, powder, paint, etc.
Any loss or damages to studio equipment or property sustained during your event will be deducted from the $500 deposit, along with any additional charges.
Late bump out fees apply. $125/hr.
BYO is allowed.
We don't have an in-house sound system available but you're welcome to bring your own.
Please avoid putting pressure pressure or weight on the curve of the cyclorama.
We kindly ask that you dispose of any excess rubbish and leave the venue in the same condition as when you arrived. Clean up fees apply.

20% refund if cancelled between 7 days and 48 hours of the event.
Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the event date are non-refundable.

Do you have sound or lighting equipment available?
Unfortunately, we don’t have in-house sound or lighting equipment available. However, we recommend reaching out to the team at Buzz Speaker Hire for any audio and visual needs.

What’s your max capacity?
Our venue hosts a maximum capacity of 200 people (standing).
Can we bring alcohol?
BYO is allowed.
If you wish to sell or supply alcohol for your event, you may be required to obtain a license for the event. Or we advise hiring someone who is qualified with the appropriate and relevant licenses for the event.
Do you have noise restrictions?
We don’t have noise restrictions on our premises.
We kindly ask that all clients and their guests leave the premises in a courteous manner and avoid loitering by neighbouring establishments.
Can we hang our own art on the walls?
Artwork and other objects are permitted to be hung on the walls, only where there are pre-existing screws.
Only approved adhesives are allowed.
Any materials used to mount objects to the walls must be pre-approved by the venue team.
Can we see the space before booking?
